BBA Pumps BA100K D193 Diesel Driven Dewatering and Sewage Pump

The BA100K is a 4-inch mobile diesel driven pump suitable for pumping of sewage with solids up to 82 mm. Vacuum assisted centrifugal pump with excellent performance curves and the large solids handling. A single-cylinder diesel engine with DriveOn technology guarantees minimal fuel consumption and long service intervals. The sound attenuated canopy is extremely quiet and fitted with all possible safety features for carefree pumping and sewer bypassing in urban areas.                                                                                                                     
The BA100K has a 4-inch BBA Pumps centrifugal pump with channel impeller. The large solids handling of 82 mm makes it an ideal dirty water pump. It's pump efficiency and an excellent NPSH curve lead to an ultra-performing unit. Other standard features are large inspection covers, suction and pressure gauges and a heavy duty bearing frame with an extra oil chamber for dry running.

Featuring a fully automatic priming system, the BA series pumps quickly prime and re-prime, even from dry conditions. The priming system includes a diaphragm vacuum pump, a check valve on the discharge side and a float box for air-water separation on the suction side.

The pump is driven by a clean and economical Hatz diesel engine with DriveOn technology. The single-cylinder engine meets the stage V emission requirements. Low fuel consumption and minimal noise emissions are key features of this engine. BBA Pumps' DriveOn feature offers an extended service interval up to 1500 running hours.

Pumps in sound attenuated canopies are super quiet, safe to use and protected against the elements. The fully self-contained unit features a composite fuel tank and fluid containment system. To aid mobility, the forklift pockets and lifting eyes are fitted as standard.
