Chesterton's ARC 858 Abrasion Resistant Rebuilding and Faring Composite is an advanced, trowelable, ceramic composite for the repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack. It is a 100% solids, thick film, ceramic reinforced abrasion control epoxy compound formulated to protect metal surfaces subjected to erosion, corrosion and chemical attack. ARC 858 industrial coating is designed to repair and smooth damaged equipment and fill grooves and pits in metal prior to overcoating with another ARC product. It can be over coated with other ARC composites.
