Description

The Price Pump XT Series Horizontal Close Coupled Horizontal Centrifugal Pump features a compact, close-coupled design that maximizes efficiency while minimizing installation footprint. All models incorporate a maximum impeller diameter of 5.98 inches and utilize a 316 stainless steel shaft sleeve for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. The pumps are configured with NEMA JM face motors, with multiple enclosure options available to accommodate various environmental conditions. The series achieves impressive energy efficiency with Pump Energy Index ratings ranging from 0.933 to 0.995.

Standard mechanical sealing incorporates Type 21 single seals with carbon versus ceramic faces, available in both BUNA and Viton elastomers depending on application requirements. The series accommodates various pressure ratings based on seal configuration, with Type 8 seals rated to 325 PSI, Type 9 seals to 350 PSI, Type 21 seals to 150 PSI, and Type 2 seals to 300 PSI. High-pressure options extend maximum working pressure to 300 PSI. Temperature capabilities reach 300°F, though actual limits depend on specific seal and gasket materials selected for the pumped fluid.
