The Price Pump 1in Non-Metallic Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is equipped with 1-inch FNPT or BSP suction and discharge connections, 3/8-inch FNPT air inlet, and 1/2-inch FNPT air exhaust ports. The compact design incorporates a fiberglass air valve housing with aluminum air chambers and anodized aluminum spool housing.

The AOD1 series incorporates several key design features including a stall-free "posi-shift" tandem spool air distribution valve that ensures reliable operation in low-pressure and start/stop applications. The oil-less air valve design eliminates metal-to-metal wearing surfaces and prevents environmental contamination. The externally serviceable air valve allows for routine maintenance without pump disassembly, minimizing downtime. The pump offers various elastomer options including Neoprene, Buna-N, Nordel, Teflon, Santoprene, and Viton to match specific application requirements across industries ranging from automotive and chemical processing to marine and construction applications.
